No. Each contractor gets its tasks via a link, sees photos and description and reports completion there, including its own photos. You approve the completion report and the task closes.
Yes. In the app for iOS and Android you keep working in the basement or the shell. Changes are synced as soon as you are back online.
You look at a photo, the AI describes the defects it detects on it and enters them in the task. You check, change or delete every entry; the assessment remains yours. Defects can also be recorded manually without any AI.
You set up lists the way you work today: by status, building, trade or calendar week. Attach photos, PDFs and Office files directly to the task.
